This management report summarizes the accumulated results of your MPIs for a given time period and shows the volume of work needed, but not sold by work group. The report can be sorted by service advisor or by technician. Your service manager can export the MPI Tally Report to your BDC for follow-up or use our Work Needed But Not Sold service postcard. Drill down to specific customers and vehicles with declined yellow and red conditions to improve profitability and CSI.
